I'm making a chocolate coffee ganache to fill some chocolates. The ganache part is fine but what's the best way to add coffee to it? I've seen instant espresso powder mentioned a lot but I haven't seen it in the shops. Any alternatives?

This is the instant espresso powder I've used in the past, I just dilute it with a tiny amount of boiling water and use it in coffee cake and icing etc in place of Irel coffee essence stuff http://www.tesco.ie/groceries/Product/Details/?id=271196992
I've never used it with chocolate or ganache though.

Thanks so much. That link just landed me on the Tesco homepage. What brand is it?

    Oh sorry! It's a Nescafe one, think it's €5.29 per 100g

The Tesco website is weird like that sometimes. Thanks a million for that.
