Hailo prebook no-show

    On Saturday evening, we had a 6 seater prebooked via Hailo.
    I got the confirmation email.
    The taxi didn't show up at the arranged time and when I checked in Trips there was nothing listed in upcoming trips. Nor did they arrive later.
    When I use Hailo on the fly without prebooking, I'll get a notification when a driver cancels, but we didn't in this case.
    We ended up having to take the Dart and lost a restaurant booking because of it.
    Has this happened to anyone else?
