Hi,  as much as I'd like my bill to be 0.21, I'm sure its not the  case,
could someone look into this for me please?
also looking for update ref: grant, have rung I.W quite a few time, and seem to be getting nowhere.

If a water meter has been installed at your property, bills are based on consumption and it could be the case that your usage is quite low. Your bill amount may also be reduced if the Children's Water Allowance has been applied to your account. Nonetheless, we would be happy to investigate this further for you if you wish.
