Counseling at DCU

    Has anyone ever had a good experience with the DCU counselling service? Was thinking of going to talk about a few anxiety issues I've had, but think it would take a lot more than one session. Has anyone gone for weekly sessions? Have never had any counselling before and the idea is nerve wracking. Was looking to hear of peoples experience with the service, as I haven't a clue what to expect if I go through with it.
