    Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone has any solutions for a 320d N47T engine, 184BHP in relation to an egr delete or bypass system.

Looking at online I found some ideas, but mostly for N47 177bhp engine, but they have a slightly different system.

Basically car threw an EGR fault which sized from carbon build up.
After removing the egr, I noticed the manifold was chocked in soot, so I removed it for cleaning. I'd say the opening was the about 3cm in diameter, while the clean one is around 6cm.

Car is back to normal now, but I fear this will happen again considering a low mileage car that was driven on motorways mostly.

    Advice appreciated.
