The pilot of a passenger plane that skidded off the runway upon landing was intoxicated and over tired, an investigation has concluded.
The private Shaheen Airlines plane, which was carrying more than 100 passengers, was landing in the eastern city of Lahore on November 3 when the incident happened.
One of the aircraft's tyres burst causing it to skid off the runway and come to a stop on nearby grass.

It's interesting to see that they also mentioned fatigue.

Can't imagine that'll go down at all well in Pakistan (proportional to how badly it'd go in Europe to begin with)
