Underfloor heating not working upstairs, fine downstairs

    - pump working
    - tried restarting by pressing the button on the limit thermostat but it's still not working

    Any ideas?

I'd like to see a photo of it but I see this is your first time posting to boards so you can't put one up. Can you describe the manifolds. Is any part hot or warm if so what part. Where is the reset button and what does it look like?

The reading on the pressure gauge is actually 20.
-the system is Kee Triple Tube Contraflow System
    - non of the parts are warm
    - the reset button is a black button on the high limit thermostat, which is an orange coloured box
    - for upstairs there are 6 only zone valves with auxiliary switches
    - the supply module contains system pump, in-line air separator, combined pressure temp gauge, pressure relief valve and temp control valves, along with motorised zone valves and auto-fill valve.

On the end of the motorised zone valves there should be a small lever. You should be able to push it over and clip it into the manual position. Try to do this, then run the system and see if that changes anything. If it does, then there may be no power going to the unit or the unit could be faulty, either way its not advisable to leave it in the manual position indefinitely as it may by-pass other system controls and activate the boiler in this position.

Thank you very much, I think you sort the problem, I left it on manual it working!!!!!as soon as I turn it back to auto the heat stop.....Will change the motorised valves ASAP

Normally open / closed refers to its default position, most domestic valves are normally closed.
Before replacing the valve it is important to determine that the valve is the problem and that its receiving power from the timer and stat when heating is required.
I cannot say if the honeywell you mentioned is a suitable replacement as there are several variations of valve actuators and bases which can look similar but not be interchangeable.

I notice some slight sisi noise from the zone last night after I left the valve on manual

Probably best to have someone familiar with heating control systems take a look at it for you.

I think the ferry cost from this side of the water may make the call out a bit expensive. :)
Probably best to call into the local plumbing suppliers and ask for some recommendations.
