Insurance for 10year plus cars

Heard that a number of insurance companies are not insuring cars that are over 10 years, just wondering what people's experiences are of this, are there other companies which are still offering cover for these cars? Thanks

As far as I know, 2 companies are refusing new business on cars over 15 years old, but will renew if you are already with them. You have nothing to worry about with a 10 year old car.
