    Hi

Is it normal for a builder to charge for the all the window openings in his block work price (makes a lot of money as had to buy less brick)?

Yes it's called charging through the opes , it takes a blocklayer as long if not longer to build a window or door opening than if it was just a straight wall , you have measures to take , lintels to lay and corners to build up , dpc to put in and a sill when it's finished , so who's making all the money ?
