Feeling Lost

    Hey

I'm 26 and am feeling very lost in past year or so.

Some background: Moved abroad to pursue an MSc which I completed and am now employed as a researcher in the same country. Have had depression for many years, but am trying to come off SSRI medication slowly.

But I feel very lost or as if I am not successful enough for 26. This is my first job associated with my degree and I do not feel very established for such an age. I feel as if most people my age are very much solid in their respective profession. Yet I do not feel as if I am following the right path sometimes or whether I am working hard enough or successful enough. My boss is very intimidating and complains I do not come up with enough ideas. I have negative thoughts in terms of my job will not work out because I am not independent enough.

I guess this text is quite disjointed but I often think of where am I going, what should I be doing to enjoy life every day, how can I be successful....

I just feel very lost, was wondering if there are alot of others my age who feel this way and how they have got through it

    Thanks!
