Changing Train ticket

    I booked a return ticket online with Iarnroid Eireann this evening. It's return journey outward on Monday and was supposed to be inward Tuesday. Very stupidly i ended up booking the inward journey for Monday too awful mistake. Does anyone know if this can be changed with them if I ring Monday morning? Thanks in advance

    would there not be terms and conditions on the confirmation email and or on the irish rail website?

    (hint, there is and the info is there, and its not positive news for you)

    You will need to book another ticket for return and you can claim a 50% refund on the current return service already booked however you need to email reservations@irishrail.ie and cancel or call 01 8366222 and leave a message before midnight Sunday night.

    If you don't you will receive no refund.
