As per title I have an edge 500 that the rubber sealing cover has ripped off.
Rather than send it to garmin for 68gbp I was wondering if anyone here has an old broken unit or chassis with said cover intact.
Colour doesn't matter either as long as it keeps the winter out
    Thanks in advance

A couple of years ago I had a 500 and this happened, I sent an email to Garmin asking where I could purchase a replacement cover. They just sent me a couple free of charge. Unfortunately I gave the spare one away but send them an email as their customer service is usually good.

Cheers for the info I had assumed they just look for the unit to go back altogether.
To be fair their customer service is top notch eve n tho they have increased the charge from £50 to €68 that said you do get a good few years out of the reconditioned unit too
