    Hi Irish water

Why have my bills continued to increase since I received my fire one ?

Were they a few euros different? Bills are on a pro rata basis and most quarters of the year are different durations.

    Q1 had 90 days, Q2 91, Q3 92, and Q4 92.

Thanks for providing the above The Chizler, that's completely correct.
Bills are issued to customers on a pro-rata basis, and the amount depends on the number of days within that billing cycle. Even though the amounts on your bill may vary, it will not exceed the annual capped charge.

I hope this helps. Please feel free to contact us again if you have any further queries.

    Kind regards,
    Amy.
