Toilet fill valve size

    Hi

    In general are the Irish toilet fill valve pipe sizes 3/8?

    When ordering do I order a 3/8 fill valve or a 1/2 inch fill valve.

    95% of toilets here are 1/2 fill
    Only A hand full would be 3/8
    How old is toilet what type of pipe is attached to ball valve if unsure post a pic and someone will let you know for sure

    That's a 1/2 ball valve available in any builder/plumbing merchants never mind online just go in store.
