Hi everyone. I am going to buy a second hand car Volkswagen golf. I have found something interesting in ms motors on ballymount drive. I was wondering that I have heard some rumors about the second hand car dealers around ballymount area. They seem like not having a good reputation. Just wanna know anyone got the experiences of buying a car from ms motors? Thanks a mil for ur help.

Related to ds cars and as cars also of that parish I wonder?

Quick Google says they're in business 2 years.
Not saying they're dodgy but that place is a Mecca for dodgy car dealers. Guys name seems to be Marcelo

VERY odd to see sole trader.

A sole trader is personally responsible for all debt if the company fails. Normally you see a limited company so all losses go with the failed company and the director is not personally responsible for any debt

Not sole trader. Has 2 directors.
    http://www.solocheck.ie/Irish-Company/M-S-And-L-Motors-Limited-532153
    Says 2013

Then when you click on "may trade as"
    http://www.solocheck.ie/Irish-Business/Ms-Motors-555989

    Says it's around 28 days?

I'm guessing the +L but was when they added a director?

According to them. The golf I like is irish car. Dunno about other cars. I can't find any review of this company.

I am looking for the deal of the week. 2011 golf 1.6 11250 euro. I am going to check the car tomorrow morning. Should bring a mechanic but don't think they will go on a Saturday morning.

Trendline is the base model. Just so you know.
It's relatively well priced though. Most similar cars would be priced €13500+
That would cause me to be on-guard and wondering why.

Thanks so much for the reply. I wonder that too actually. Will have a look and consider they have been only in business for two years. Will check very carefully. Will drop by bill griffin motors as well. Thanks a lot for replying again.

Personally I'd give Bill Griffins a miss. That's just based on my own opinion\experience of there.

Thanks for the reply. Saw some mixed review about bill griffin motors. It's so hard to find a decent second hand car dealer. Sigh.

In my humble opinion, as a general rule - I'd say just avoid the d12 Naas Road area.
Now of course there are genuine cars and sellers there, but there are also a significant amount of portakabin heroes selling rubbish.

Thanks for that. There is a car sale manager beside where I work. He said exactly same thing.

Found a few threads on BillGriffin that I thought I'd find when I reviewed them this morning

Think I'll test drive cars elsewhere this afternoon
