    After recent highlight performances in the National Concert Hall and Belfast Culture Nights Festival’15, with legendary Louis Stewart,’TheGinaJazz' trio will appear at 'The Nun’s Island Theatre’ in Galway 12th of December 8pm. Gediminas Karkauskas (piano) and vocalist Grazina Pukaite (vocals) team up with Dave Fleming a Double Bass player who really knows how to swing!
    This is mood music at it’s best. Any lover of Jazz will be delighted to snap up tickets for the pre Xamas concert 12th of December 2015. Gina the vocalist with the group hails from Lithuania and has been living in Ireland for the last ten years - the beauty of her voice has taken Jazz festivals by storm! The musicianship of pianist Gediminas Karkauskas (also from Lithuania and living in Ireland for the last 12 years) music seems seamless - but the true jazz lover will appreciate how the "rules" are broken to reshape and re harmonize jazz standards into truly beautiful music.

    Singer Pukaite has a mellow jazz timbre with a laid back feel. Her performance of such songs as "Angel Eyes” creates for the audience an atmosphere both intimate and tense. The Beatles song "Blackbird" is given a contemporary jazz treatment to great effect. Gershwins "The Man I Love" is just one of the many surprises arrangements that Karkauskas delights in.
