    Hello,
So I am considering in becoming a Special Needs Assistant after school.
    A few questions:
    1. Is there much demand in secondary schools for SNA'S?
    2. Do I have to do a course in Special Needs?
    3. Are SNA's required to carry out supervision during breaks and lunches or is that only for teachers to do? After all, SNA's are part of the school staff.
    4. Is it a hard job? I have read up on the job description of an SNA and it mentions having to bring the child/adolescent to the toilet etc..?
    Thanks.
