Can't Enable Data

My wife has an unlocked Moto G (4G,4.5 inch screen) and the "enable data" tick box does not appear under Settings, More, Mobile Networks.

Funny enough, the "data roaming" tick box is there ok.

Android 5.1, and the phone is on the Three network. Phoned Three, but they won't help because the phone is not locked to Three.

My own phone is an unlocked Moto G (3G, 5 inch screen), connected to Tesco Mobile. I tried putting my Tesco sim into my wife's phone, but the "enable data" option still did not appear.

    Any ideas? Thanks

I found the answer. Android 5.1 has moved the "Enable data" option to Settings, Data usage.

The "data roaming" option is in its original position

    Silly me
