Transfering data from android to iphone?

    Just wondering how much data can be transfered from an android to an iphone? Not just photos etc but text messages and app messages as well? Amount of data and memory of phone impact transfer of data I'm sure.

    I've only recently realised you can do this since the new iphone/iOS9 has been out thinking it was just that one you could do but according to apple website it can apply to iphone 5 generation of phones upwards.
