Land Rover Discovery Sport / HB Dennis

    Anyone else experiencing significant problems with the delivery of an ordered Land Rover Discovery Sport and the lack of customer care from HB Dennis Airside ?
    Aside from the well-known change of engines issues, they have continually put back the delivery date of the car, but I only find this out when I call - they've never called me.
    And as for the guy who's meant to be arranging the finance, don't get me started on him !!
    Just interested in anyone else's experience.

    If you're not happy why don't you complain directly to their holding company, Joe Duffy motors?

    I'd be willing to bet a strongly worded email to the MD would solve any problems fairly quickly (with the exception of the lead time, that is probably out of their hands as Land Rover are always horrendous getting cars built)

    I believe there is a horrific price increase due on these for Jan. They are holding the price on 2.0 models already on order, for reg's this year, but if it's registered next year, it's about €4,000 more than the current price.

    There seem to be price rises on a few brands coming honda too i believe.

    Is the price rise due to the strength of sterling versus euro.
    It's already priced very high in my opinion for what it is.
