Treadmill Belt Query

After many kms on my treadmill the belt has worn on the underside and it needs replaced. Can anyone recommend someone who replaces treadmill belts or a place i could order a new one and try fit myself (I would rather someone doing it tbh). It is a BH Fitness F3 model and a quick google search was not throwing up anything.
