As far as I know you just cannot make any profit on items re-sold.

There may also be trading standard rules regarding warranty and fit for purpose regs.

Check with the Moderators first to be absolutely sure.

The making of a profit is allowed here within reason. As always if you have any questions regarding the rules feel free to post here.

I think the word 'profiteering' is bandied about way too regularly on sale forums, if one seller is happy to sell at way under market value, and another relists it - or part of it - for sale at the normalised going rate later, everyone is happy with the arrangement. There are far, far more blatant forms of profiteering going on, wouldn't count your example as that - just someone who availed of a particularly stellar deal.

your probably right, however I had thought this was for the average airsofter to buy and swap there unwanted equipment, I can understand if an item is bought and upgraded and sold on for more than initial amount, however the mod did say excessive profit, I think this would definitely fall into that category, other wise if the prices are achieved, then he basically paid 25 euro for a rifle pistol batteries, sights and charger, that's a stellar deal alright, cheers
