I accidentally googled across this word doc. on the net this morning. Dated 2012 but mostly still valid, contains some non 1890 tel. numbers and non generic email address for various Dept of Agriculture schemes.

This put me thinking maybe farmers should launch their own version of a dos attack on all of these numbers and addresses. Stop the dept from carrying out any other task until the bps is unfcuked.
