Advice needed

Hey I just want some feedback on my current situation there's a guy I like at the moment he's a bit younger then me however he gives me mixed signals. He's the type of guy that gets on with everyone and has some close girl friends to people that didn't know him they would think he was flirting with these girls very playful messing kinda guy that everyone loves.

However I've known him a few years and recently started liking him I've always got a feeling he liked me a bit but I wasnt interested before so brushed it off but now we have the same group of friends and I've started to like him but im not sure if he likes me. He does act differently around me and the other girls which I no for certain he doesn't like he acts less playful around me but occasionally giving me a push or a shove or slagging me he kinda acts the big man around me talking about fitness the gym strength ect he's done the really cringey offering me his jacket too when I was cold ha! I find when he speaks to me he looks me directly in the eyes sometimes too much and stutters when he speaks to me I've caught him staring me down a few times too and looking away when I spot him looking.

However he doesn't speak to me much in big groups usually in smaller groups and laughs a lot when I ask him questions and just smiles at me however on Facebook ect he never interacts with Me at all and he constantly likes all the other girls posts pics ect only liking very few of mine occasionally. When texting me he will answer straight away and if I put kisses on my messages he will reply with them which he never does to the others he also replys to messages that dont really need replys!! I'm just so confused what to make of it been very messed about with guys in the past and so I'm so confused what to make of it all any help be great thanks guys
