waiting 9 days for my account to be credited back

    Hi.   i cleared off my mortgage with yea over 2 weeks ago and last monday 2 weeks ago the mortgage account was removed from my online account which was as expected but last monday week a mortgage payment was removed from my current account and i informed the mortgage department  last monday week but yea still have not credited back my current account and i also went into a branch yesterday about this but still the payment has not been credited back .this should only take a day max. can you please look into this
