Beer for wedding

I am thinking of having some nice beers for my wedding next year. Planning on doing a sort of beer tasting at the dinner table whereby everyone gets to try a little bit of a few of our favourites. Don't think we'll stock the bar with craft beer as it'd be too expensive and I don't think many others would want to drink them all night. But at the same time the fiancee and I are both very fond of good beer so want to share that with everyone in a slightly quirky way. Might be a bit of an ice breaker as well.

So my question is does anyone know of a way to buy wholesale?

I'd love to have a couple from my Irish favourites (Galway Bay & 8 degrees), a beer from England (where we live now) and something else. Maybe one from the US like Flying Dog, a brewery I love. Haven't really decided on specific beers yet. Will depend on availability, price and what goes well together. Looking forward to the very important tasting sessions!

Is it even possible to buy beers somewhere at wholesale price? At +/- 4 euro a bottle they'll work out as more expensive than the wine otherwise! Even if I were to cut it down to maybe two beers so that I would be buying more of each, which might (?) help lower the cost if I were buying in bulk.

    Thanks for any/all help!

Coincidentally someone posted in Bargain Alerts today that you can buy directly from 8 Degrees

Perhaps get in some beers to complement the menu on the day and do out wee sheets of what's what. In relation to the bar, the likes of O'Hara's would be easy to source for the venue without taking the mick wholesale plus their beers will move. Given the amount of business you're throwing the hotels way they ought to be able to accommodate you.
