    Hello, I'm going abroad for my month holidays in December. Currently I'm getting job seeker benefit. I booked my holidays before I claimed it. I know that I'm entitled to 2 weeks holiday, but I'm going for slightly over 4 weeks. I heard that I need to close my account and reclaim it after I come back. Is there any other way to do it. Suspend claim or something like that?

    Are you taking the holiday in 2015 or does it straddle 2016. If its just in 2015 and its for more than 4 weeks then your claim will be closed and you will have to make a repeat claim on your return and you wont get any holiday money.
