I'd like to hear some first hand experiences of different companies to work for in Dublin specifically as someone coming from a Software Dev or QA/Test Management background. I'm aware of Glassdoor but I'd like to hear directly from some fellow boardsies.

Things I'd like to know about:
    - Salary Info?
    - Benefits Info?
    - Holidays?
    - Overtime/Weekend work frequency?
    - Hours?
    - Flexitime in the mornings?
    - General office culture?

I'm not a developer but in general I'll just say that overtime/weekend work will usually depend heavily on what project/client you're working for, same for flexitime. Usually in the larger companies certain teams have a lot more freedom with options like that than others, but it might also change over time within a single team as deadlines wax and wane.

General office culture will be another semi-tricky one. If you're working purely in-house for someone like PaddyPower, you're getting their culture every day of the week. If you're looking at a consultancy like Accenture, you may be in one workplace this month with a very different atmosphere to the client they have you working for next month.

As I work in Recruitment, I have a feeling any further/more specific info from me isn't what you're after, as you want the down and dirty details from someone actually doing the work!
