    Just to be clear it is guarded by electrified barbed wire. Once through that you will have the dogs to deal with. If and when you actually get to the WB you will be too knackered to be able to do anything on it ....

    Thanks for reply Beasty,I was thinking you would have info on where to find the WB, heading that way soon so it will save me fitting bikes in car,there a super tool for training on,it was the best few quid I've spent I think,

    I have thought about one of these...how would it compare to a good turbo with a power meter on a bike ? Is the info from it and the feel superior etc?
    I would probably have to try out first before plunging (and I wish the Stg / € rate was better, a slim hope for the next 3 yrs min I would say)

    Westmanstown Crunch Fitness has watt bike open to non members. You can make an appointment at reception
