    OP. You need a specification.

    For 15k you could do a basic renovation and change the floors, doors and repaint etc.

    For 40k you could do the above plus a new kitchen and bathrooms

    For 80k you could add a full rewire, plumb, maybe insulated slab on external walls and new windows.
