Can not access Online Account

    All passwords have been set up yet when trying to log in I am getting a "Your online account needs to be activated. To activate your online account, please click on the link provided in the confirmation email you received when you registered for My Water."


    I never received a link to confirm. Please assist.

    Hi,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    When you sign up for an Online Account with Irish Water, an email is sent to your account asking you to activate your account.
    If you signed up today, we would advise you check all folders in your email and check if an email arrived with this activation link.

    However, if you still cannot find this email activation link, please PM the following details:

    - Name;
    - Address;
    - Contact number; and
    - Confirmation that you are the account holder.

    Once we receive these details by private message, we can look into this for you.
