I am planning to buy a Qashqai SVE

I am wondering if you can really feel a difference in comfort between the two size of tyres on regular road?

Can you get look and comfort or do you have to choose one or the other?

    Thanks a lot

You'll feel a difference paying for tyres. What are the tyre sizes, as a matter of interest?

    yep, big bucks :-)

    215/60 R17
    vs
    225/45 R19

but still wondering if anyone can confirm a real difference in the comfort ride?

What's your trip going to be like. If you're cruising around urban areas, 19's should be ok. If you're going on rougher roads, i'd be going for 17s.
