pumped shower question

hot water tank in press in master bedroom.
electric shower in adjacent bathroom only feeding on cold water.
thermostatic pumped shower downstairs feeding on cold and hot supplies

the electric shower upstairs is disappointing - very low water pressure: result we never use it and only shower downstairs where the pumped shower is brilliant.

i would like to install the same thermostatic pumped shower upstairs. And my question or concern is to know if it will be just as good as downstairs knowing that the hot water cylinder is at a lower height or level than the shower mounting location. ie the top of cylinder may be at 1.5m from ground and the shower at 1.6 or 1.7m.

i suppose i need a hot water supply pipe installed for that shower as well.

    any advice/comments welcome

    thank you

Yes the power shower Will give the same pressure upstairs as downstairs ( if there is any difference it'll be so small that you won't notice). Its the pump in the shower that is giving the pressure not the gravity from upstairs.

When picking out a new shower see how long the warranty is for. Some are only one year e.g. Mira, some are two years e.g. Triton, some are three to five years e.g. Aqualisa
