Leaking mixer tap - new cartridge?

Have a mixer tap in the kitchen similar to the one in the photo attached. It's leaking from the joint in the body that allows the tap to swivel left/right. Would a new cartridge sort this or is there an O ring below the cartridge? Thanks.

Nope and you can't get the seals afaik.

There cheap taps just change it.
