Carlisle Gym yoga classes - any opinions?

    Hi there i'm looking to take up yoga i've never done it before. My local gym (Carlisle) offers free yoga classes to members so i'm thinking of joining, just wondering does anyone have any experience with said classes in this gym???

    I have fybromalgia - tension in back and shoulders has been giving me a lot of grief - and have been advised to try yoga. I'm a bit apprehensive, but i know i need to do something to combat the tension issues. Anyway if anyone has had any experience with yoga classes in the Carlisle and would like to share that would be really great,
