    Hello,

I've received a quote for my kitchen, it includes a quote for a Corian worktop. I'm just wondering would i get a better quote if i got the Corian counter top from a company that specialises in counter tops ?

    thanks

I had priced around a lot and generally found very little difference from the various manufacturers, even looking to the UK once you factor in transport. In the time it took for the research however, and listening to various kitchen experts, I eventually went away from Corian as it can be easily damaged looks a bit plastic (probably because that's effectively what it is!) and its just a ridiculous price. I ended up going with a white quartz top with a very fine and sparse glass speckle - much nicer depth to the finish with a richer colour, more durable and best of all cheaper...
