activate credit card

    Hi,

    My credit card expired so the bank sent out a new card.  This got mislaid and then a replacement card.

    I tried to use the replacement card but it wasn't accepted.

    Do I need to validate the card or activate the card somewhere?

    Thanks for your post.

    Unless you were advised to call to activate it, you should be able to use it straight away. 

    If you're unable to use it, please call credit card services on 0818251251 and a colleague will happily look into it for you.
