Updated Saorview Minimum Receiver Requirements v6.0

    Updated v6.0 of the Saorview Minimum Receiver Requirements is now up on the 2rn website, dated 31-08-2015. It replaces v5.0 from May 2014.

    The new version updates the Saorview minimum receiver requirements to the NorDig Unified ver 2.5.1 equipment requirements, published Aug 2014.

    It adds a HbbTV requirement to the specification although there's a conflict in the document as to whether it's "R" (Recommend) p.9 or "required from 1st January 2016" p.21, probably the latter so "M" mandatory.

    It also removes the mandatory requirement for a scart connector on a STB.
