    Hi,

    I have an open fire . doesn't heat rads or water. I have Gas for that

    Is it possible
    1 ) to get a back boiler put into the Fire to heat rads/water when we light the fire
    2 ) but to keep the gas so if we dont light fire we can still have warm rads and water ?
    3 ) anybody idea on the cost of this job ?

    I have 8 rads in the house.

    Its a shame the heat from the fire just going up the chimney ...
