Kitchen island lights

I'm hanging these lights over my island that's 2.5m in length. Just wondering if 3lights enough or would it take 4?

It would easily take 4. It really depends on what sort of look you're going for, how near to the ends of the island you want to have them, how close together you want them, whether you like odd or even numbers of them etc.

I think I'd go for 3 lights. One dead centre and the others approx 0.5m from either end of the island.

I bought what look exactly the same lights in B&Q a few months ago..
