I want to make a pair of pannier racks for soft bags. A good start would be getting the hoops onto which the supports and braces could be welded. So I'm looking for a pair of metal pannier racks. - cracked\damaged\rusty is fine. If anyone has such junk cluttering up the garage... Plan B involves pipe-bending for beginners.…
