    Hi

I need some help on the following

My wife has a pension scheme at work and so do I .How is it divided up and is it up until we split up or the date we are divorced.

Her solicitor has said for months that they are ready to lodge the judicial separation paperwork
But 5 months later they haven't ,should I lodge mine ? My solicitor says he would prefer to be on the defending side!!

    I

Finally my wife accused me a few months ago of child abuse .I was vindicated by Tusla recently but was disappointed as they said " no information to back up the allegation .This basically give anyone the right to make an allegation with no recourse as the HSE simply close the book on it rather than prosecute the person making the false allegations. This is extremely upsetting as this was purely done to gain advantage by the ex.
