Anybody know of any good software for doing maps on the farm. Want to do up a new paddock layout and roadways and so on. Something that will show area of paddocks as I draw them up. Or if there is a service someone provides covering this.
    Thanks

You can get Google Earth pro for free now there's a mapping bit on it, you just click your way around the boundaries where ever you want to put them in and it will give you the areas,

..or online at maps.bing.com. You need to sign up (free, just an email address ) and you can then save areas under "My Places" It will do areas and linear measurements and these can be saved and accessed from any computer or tablet/phone, handy when showing your latest greatest idea to your planner!
