I write on behalf of relatives in UK who are trying print a boarding pass having checked in online for flight next week. They say no where is there a link to print the boarding pass. You usually get an email with a link as well. Is this something new to do with encouraging people to use an App? I travelled with them last month and no probs printing out both passes for my trip before leaving home. I usually save the boarding pass as a PDF on my desktop in case run into problems printing it or lose same etc.

If they have a smart phone download the ryanair app, log in with the flight details and the boarding cards will be on it. Its very handy and no need to print anything. We used it for a group of 4 during the summer without any issues.
You need to put in passport details etc for the first leg of the trip and if its booked as a return, and not two seperate flights the details will be stored for the return flight.
If they checked in already then they will probably only need to put in their email address and booking referance tho and the bourding cards should be on it already.
