Hi all,

I requested to return a package I mistakenly bought from Amazon and it was accepted, but I know Amazon can only refund the product price.

Would it be possible to get a refund on my import fees from Customs Office? Has anyone had any luck with this before?

I have the proof of my return request being accepted, and am still waiting to hear back from them.
