    Strike due to take place at 6am has been suspended , unions are taking their issues to the labour court

    Great to hear. This dispute IMO was always going to end upin the courts. At least now, whatever solution the Labour Court comes up will hopefully put a legally-binding end to this issue.:)

    Going to the labour court may not necessarily end the dispute and the LC can't impose a legally binding agreement in most cases before it unless they fall under certain categories.
