Recommend Software to copy music from iPod classic

OH has an old iPOD classic with thousands of songs... She's now just got an iPhone 6 so can anyone recommend good software to buy to allow her copy music from iPod to Mac and then onto new iPhone ?? Thanks

thanks all.....i'll look at some of those over weekend.

I'll think iTunes only copies songs bought via iTunes itself and not music ripped from cds etc??
