    All -

Roopesh Panicker is organizing a march to Government Buildings this evening, starting at 6pm at Merrion Street. TheJournal article here and the facebook event is here. From the blurb:
    Walk4Eva wrote:
Eva Panicker is a 4 year old Irish citizen. She is a second class citizen.

Eva didn’t get to go to the same school as her friends or her neighbours in Ireland, because Eva is Hindu.
Under Irish law, 93% of primary schools may operate a Catholic first admissions policy, despite being 100% funded by all Irish taxpayers.

Eva lives so far away from the school that finally accepted her, that she will never be able to walk to that school with her parents. Her story is not unique.

On Thursday November 5, we will be walking with Eva and her parents to the office of the Irish Prime Minister on Merrion Street at 6pm. This is an appeal to end this discrimination and make Eva and all children in Ireland equal.

If you support us, please join us by walking from wherever you are based in Dublin to arrive at Merrion Street for 6pm.
Anybody else on for going to this?

Jeez.. its even shorter notice than the last march.
Is this the same Mr. Panicker that used to star in the Mr. Men books?

Yes, there's a touch of the flash mob about some of these protests. Still, the fb page says there are 170 people going so it should be around the same size as last week's one.
