    Hi guys!

    Bit of an odd question. I'm currently going through therapy for my social anxiety and im challenging my negative thinking. Part of my anxiety is fear of others noticing my anxiety! My question is: if you did notice someone nervous while they were talking to you, would you think less of them? It's a daft question but your answers might help me demystify this fear of mine. Thank you for all replies!!

    No not at all. I would try and make you feel more comfortable by complimenting you or saying something that gives you confidence.

    I can suffer from a bit of social anxiety myself (I have bad depression days sometimes and they make me very anxious and withdrawn). Then on other days I can talk away. I had to give a 10 minute presentation in college the other day with no notes or aids just speaking. I was so nervous that I got a bad stomach. But I did it and it was fine, I surprised myself. Yes I was nervous but I thought I would be a lot more than I was. Everyone in the class was respectful even when people giving presentations were very nervous and kept forgetting Lines.
