Morocco is the only country I said I'd never re-visit. Even at £8 it's too expensive lol.

I agree with you. Never been, never want to. But there's no accounting for taste!

To be honest..every trip is a sum of your experiences so others could have a blast there. For me I thought it was a filthy country with the rudest unfriendly people I've ever met. Food was awful and every person there is out to rip you off. Every where you go kids are grabbing you or your partner to get money and can get very angry if you give them nothing. As a male and pretty big guy I wasn't harassed as much as my lady friend who was greeted with complements such as "Whore" etc from across the street by the locals as she was wearing knee cut shorts.
Charming eh.... oh it was Agadir I was based in.

For the record I've been to Tunisia and Egypt in North Africa and loved my time there..

Islam and the threat of Islamic terrorism thats what is wrong, who would want to visit a country where the locals think it is acceptable to call a woman a whore? I'd be considering North Korea as a holiday destination before I'd go visit any Muslim country where they are clearly stuck in the stone ages.

To be fair your reply is just nonsense. There are so many wonderful Islamic countries out there to visit.. Jordan , Malaysia, Turkey and although I've not got there yet Iran is supposed to be unreal.
I loved Egypt too , had a ball in Tunisia and would go back in a heartbeat.

I'm sure it is a lovely place and it's probably stupid of me to say it's a kip. But experience has tarnished it for me so too many other destinations I'd rather jump at first ...like this one :)

So? Fez is its own city, second largest city in Morocco.

Can't find any dates where this is the price. Lowest I found is £36 one way, and £140 back

From Wikipedia: The University of al-Karaouine or al-Qarawiyyin is the oldest continually operating university in the world. The al-Karaouine mosque was founded by Fatima al-Fihri in 859 with an associated school, or madrasa, which subsequently became one of the leading spiritual and educational centers of the historic Muslim world. It became a state university in 1963, and remains an important institution of learning today

So yeah this university was founded by a Woman, have been there myself and I have to say that for that price it's a bargain, U2 made a clip there a couple of years ago.

did u hear them call women whores or u just believe what ever u're told?
I have been travelling to Morocco all my life, never heard a woman been called a whore. Actually they dont even speak English, their second language is French so I don't even believe that whore story...
Morocco is known to be a very welcoming country.

Well, you could make the same point about Catholicism, and who'd want to visit a country that would let a woman die rather than perform a lifesaving operation, stone age, etc.

Back on topic, never saw any problems with Morocco myself

If you were to take Norway, and stand it up on it's Southern-most point, and allow it to fall forward in a Southerly direction, where would it's Northern-most point land?
